Follow your dream. Don’t let others stop you from chasing your dream. I can speak from experience that there will be many critics. There will be many people, who try to bring you down, but you just have to pick yourself up and keep moving.

I am a musician. I have been playing the piano for 18 years. Although I personally prefer playing on acoustic pianos, I do realize that I need a digital piano for my profession and career. It’s better for performing on stage. It’s better for recording. Basically, it provides a lot more advantages.

Listen to My Dream is one of my favorite books. It covers the history of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the fight for African-American Civil Rights. It’s perfect for both kids and adults. With pictures and illustrations, parents should have no trouble explaining to their kids the history of an amazing time in our lives. Everyone should give this book a look.

Martin Luther King, Jr. was a black American. During the mid-1900s, blacks did not have the same rights as whites. They were oppressed and suppressed. During the civil rights movement, Martin Luther King, Jr. changed the world. Influenced by Ghandi, he wanted to protest the current state of inequality using non-violent methods. He did not want to fight. He simply wanted freedom and equality for everybody, despite the color of your skin. That was his ultimate dream.

From his boycotts to his famous “I Have a Dream” speech, every action is covered. From his childhood to his eventual passing, this book covers everything in a very concise manner. He changed the world, and everyone should really learn the history of this great man. The first half of the book is catered towards kids. You will find a lot of pictures to help understand what is actually going on. For adults, there is the second half of the book, which goes into more detail.

I highly recommend giving Listen to My Dream a look. If you’re into history (or more specifically black history), then it’s a must-have. If you don’t read it, you just won’t know what you’re missing out on.
